Nothing is more frustrating than finding an online retailer that has a great price on a product, and you enter all your shipping, billing and credit card info only to get hit with a whopping shipping charge. Often 3-4 times the amount it actually costs to ship the item! We've been there ourselves. We're sure you'll find that we offer the lowest prices on shipping than anyone else in the business.

Returns

Train Video Depot wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us via e-mail or phone. We will then send you an RMA number. You must have a valid RMA number to have your return accepted. Items returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned. We will supply the proper shipping instructions and shipping address with your RMA number.
