Nothing is more frustrating than finding an online retailer that has a great price on a product, and you enter all your shipping, billing and credit card info only to get hit with a whopping shipping charge. We're sure you'll find that we offer the lowest prices on shipping than anyone else in the business. And we go out of our way to ship the same day the order is placed.
Our shipping policy has changed as of 1/20/10. We now offer FREE Shipping to US and Canada if your cart total is $25 or more. For international customers, we are offering 50% off regular shipping rates when your cart total is $25 or more.
Below is a rough guide to our shipping rates. Rates vary widely depending upon how many you select, and the weight and size of the items. There is a shipping calculator on the shopping cart screen to show you the exact charges.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us via e-mail or phone. We will then send you an RMA number. You MUST have a valid RMA number to have your return accepted. Items returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned. We will supply the proper shipping instructions and shipping address with your RMA number. Defective DVDs will be replaced with exact same title.
