Review of A Look Back at the Erie and Lackawanna Railroads DVD

This program covers numerous locations on Erie and Lackawanna Railroads. The original 16mm film was shot by George H Meyer during the 1960s and 1970s. Lackawanna electric MU's, diesel powered passenger and freight trains are seen as well as the Hudson River ferry operation. Also featured are several steam powered "Specials" including the Nickel Plate 759 trip on May 30th 31st 1979 Hoboken to Binghamton and return, the 302 (Reading T-1 2102) trip on May 26-27 1973 Hoboken to Binghamton and return, the Nickel Plate 759 trip on July 22nd 1973 Hoboken to Scranton and return, the 2317 Canadian Pacific trip from Steamtown, and the Milwaukee 261 (renumbered 1661) trip Binghamton to Scranton and return.
