Having been around when the DT&I was still operating, and living near the region some the video covered, this DVD has special meaning. That someone took the time to document all of this is extraordinary, especially considering much of the line is gone forever. This is a great look into the recent past and if one is a bit determined, it's possible to visit the locations shown in this program. My only negative comment is that not all of the locations shown are identified but that is a very minor distraction and actually makes tracing a bit more interesting. I strongly recommend this one.

Additional remarks by Scott D Ankeney:
Narration: Could have used more.
Would kids enjoy this? Maybe.
Image quality: Excellent!
DVD Value: Excellent Value!
Recommend to others? A "Must Have"!

It was a Good Film for mostly Ohio and some of Michigan. I wished it would have something for Jackson, Michigan for the Grand Trunk Railroad. Other then that it has lot's of cool stuff, including some shots of old 1960's trains.

Additional remarks by Frank Huhman:
Narration: Just enough.
Would kids enjoy this? Maybe.
Image quality: Good.
DVD Value: Good Value
Recommend to others? Not unless they REALLY were interested in the subject matter.
