Points are not awarded on shipping, sales tax, or gift certificates. Points will be deducted if any product is returned. If product is returned and points have already been used, point amount value that was awarded for that particular product will be deducted from amount credited. Point ratio can be changed at any time, although points received for previous purchases will not change. Points can not be transferred.
