Review of Vignettes of the Missouri Pacific DVD

Reaching from Chicago to Colorado and the Mexican border in Texas, the Missouri Pacific Lines colorful history merged with that of the Union Pacific in 1986. This program recalls the Eastern End of the system from the Chicago area to St Louis and Kansas City from the mid-1950s to 1981. Scenes in the St Louis and Kansas City Terminal areas includes neighboring roads St Louis-San Francisco and Missouri-Kansas-Texas, as well as cameo appearances by the Santa Fe, Rock Island, Burlington Route and Amtrak. 53 minutes, color with sound and narration - DVD-R format.
