Review of PTC Philadelphia Transportation Company 1930 to 1969 DVD

We begin this program with a black & white movie "Man Behind the Streetcar" describing the complete operations of the P.T.C, circa 1934. Many rare shots of equipment and locations are seen. We then take you trackside with the camera of Frank Parco (in color with musical background) for a look at a variety of equipment at numerous locations throughout the city as well as outlying locations featuring almost every line in operation between l956 and 1969.
