In the Anthracite Railroads in the 70's series, we look at the ailing operations of the Hard Coal Carriers in the final years before their inclusion into Conrail.

In Volume 4, we'll view the last years of operations of the Reading Railroad on the Bethlehem Branch, the East Penn Branch from the Allentown Bethlehem area to Reading and from Reading to Trenton, New Jersey in the final years leading up to Conrail
