Review of Wisconsin & Southern DVD

Featuring the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad. See the exciting WSOR trains as they travel across scenic Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. This 725 mile regional railroad operates mainly on former Milwaukee Road trackage. The Wisconsin & Southern action includes: yard, local, mainline freights and a cab ride on a Horicon local with WSOR GP35 #3501. Wisconsin & Southern's exquisite E9's are seen on a tourist passenger train out of Madison, a ballast train out of Rock Springs, and also powering the famous circus train out of Baraboo, Wisconsin. The WSOR's vintage diesel power features 9 models from EMD including NW2, SW12, GP7, GP9, GP18, GP20, GP35, SD20, & E9's. As an added feature you'll also see connecting railroads of the WC, BN, SOO, CP, C&NW, Metra and even a Whitcomb Center Cab is seen working the coal transloading facility in Prairie Du Chien.
