Not only does the challenger appear in this late May 1994 visit to Southern California, but also E units 949, 951, & B unit 963. Along the way there are multiple freights on Union Pacific, southern pacific, & mostly Santa Fe which includes both the red & silver warbonets, & the old school blue & yellow units. One diesel each from CSX & Chicago & northwestern is also shown, & during the cab ride with engineer Steve Lee & Fireman Lyndon Nystrom, there is a segment showing the 3985s front driving wheels being up in flames. Not to mention being paced as well. In addition to pentrex, Bob McMillan of Valhalla video was also on the same trip. |
