Northeast Rails 1995-1999

There were yet more changes for railroads in the northeast from 1995 to 1999. Action includes Iron Roads Railway's Bangor & Aroostook and Canadian American Railroads. On the St.L&A, CN MLW420's were operating once again. In Massachusetts, the P&W's Providence to Worcester line is documented. The shortline Grafton and Upton was seen in a rare and, perhaps, final move from Grafton to Upton. No change was greater than the acquisition of Conrail by CSX. Other roads include Guilford, NECR, New Brunswick Southern and Massachusetts Central.

You can't get a better deal. The video is packed with action from several different roads so it is hard to get bored when viewing this DVD. I especially like the footage of the Bangor & Aroostook. A brief cab ride takes you over a bridge with a train yard down below it and gives you a front seat view of one of their train yards. The ground footage is great also- especially with BAR trains crossing over iron bridges. There is also great footage of the D&H, CSX, Guilford and many other shortline railroads. I highly recommend this one...
