My copy of disc 1 has a lot of glitches. In order to play the disc (either one) it was necessary to go to the disc menu. Disc 2 is fine, no pixilating or glitches found. Audio is good, although at times overpowered by the horns. I would have expected this to be corrected in the transfer. That being said, the subject matter makes the program worth having. So much has changed or is gone.
The 1218 coverage was different and therefore welcome. It makes me sad to see such a fine piece of AMERICAN skill and quality become a dust collector. A little more variety in locations used would have been nice. All in all, for the TVD price and program length, well worth having.

Additional remarks by TRAINMASTER:
Narration: Could have used more.
Would kids enjoy this? I doubt it.
Image quality: Good.
DVD Value: Excellent Value!
Recommend to others? Not unless they REALLY were interested in the subject matter.
